Quiverstone Beta Access Policy
Effective Date: November 11, 2025
This Beta Access Policy ("Policy") supplements and is incorporated into the Quiverstone, LLC. ("Quiverstone," "we," "us," or "our") Terms and Conditions (the "Main Terms") and Privacy Policy. By registering for or accessing the Quiverstone Beta Program (the "Beta Program"), you (the "Tester" or "you") agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. The Beta Program
1.1. Purpose. The Beta Program is a limited-time program designed solely for the purpose of testing, evaluation, and obtaining feedback on pre-release versions of our SaaS application and related features ("Beta Services"). The Beta Services are provided to you free of charge.
1.2. Scope, Duration, and Post-Beta Access. Access to the Beta Services is granted for the duration of the Beta Program, as determined solely by Quiverstone, which we anticipate will run into Q1 of 2026. At the conclusion of the Beta Program, Quiverstone intends for the core service to remain available free of charge, but reserves the right to introduce premium features or place certain features behind a paid subscription. Quiverstone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate your access and the Beta Program at any time, with or without notice.
1.3. Eligibility. Participation in the Beta Program is by invitation only, and Quiverstone reserves the right to reject or terminate any Tester's participation at any time.
2. Beta Services are Provided "AS IS"
2.1. No Warranty. You acknowledge that the Beta Services are in a testing phase, are pre-release, and may contain bugs, errors, and defects. THE BETA SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS, AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
2.2. Disclaimer of Liability. Quiverstone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Quiverstone makes no guarantee regarding the reliability, stability, completeness, or performance of the Beta Services.
2.3. Data Risk. As the Beta Services are for testing purposes, you acknowledge that data stability cannot be guaranteed. Any data or information you input into the Beta Services is provided at your own risk and may be corrupted, lost, or deleted without notice. Quiverstone assumes no liability for any loss or damage to data during the Beta Program.
3. Feedback and Ownership
3.1. Submission of Feedback. As a condition of your participation, you agree to provide prompt, candid, and constructive feedback regarding your use of the Beta Services, including bug reports, suggestions, and feature requests ("Feedback").
3.2. Ownership of Feedback. You hereby grant Quiverstone a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose, without any accounting, notification, or compensation to you.
4. Relationship to Main Policies
4.1. Integration. This Policy is part of and is incorporated into your Main Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and the Main Terms regarding the Beta Services, this Policy shall govern.
4.2. Privacy. Data collected during your use of the Beta Services will be handled in accordance with the Quiverstone Privacy Policy, provided that you acknowledge the data stability risks noted in Section 2.3 of this Policy.
5. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
